Overview
Itszai Agent is a recruitment platform connecting job seekers with employers. Users compare multiple opportunities through listing cards and make quick decisions with limited time and attention.
Problem
Job seekers needed to compare multiple listings quickly, but crowded labels, inconsistent colors, and unclear wording made information hard to scan.
Important signals such as company offers and interview invitations were visually buried among standard tags.
In addition, external ATS listings required label designs that balanced usability, business needs, and legal compliance.
Solution
I redesigned the label system to create clearer hierarchy and faster decision-making.
Unnecessary tags were removed, colors were simplified, and copy was rewritten using clearer user-centered language.
Priority opportunities were elevated through a dedicated banner and icon treatment above listing cards.
The final design was refined with stakeholders and legal teams to meet both product and compliance requirements.
